Yoni steaming, also known as vaginal steaming, is a traditional wellness practice used in various cultures worldwide. It involves sitting over a warm herbal steam bath to promote relaxation and comfort. While modern science does not support all traditional claims, this practice is often valued for its ability to encourage self-care and connection to one’s body.

Used Ingredients:
Our blend includes Rose Petals, Calendula, Lavender Flower, Rosemary Leaf, Mugwort, and Motherwort, all traditionally used for their aromatic and soothing properties.

How to Use:

  1. Boil 8 cups of water and add 1/4 cup of dried herbs or a handful of fresh herbs.
  2. Let the herbs steep with the lid on for 5–10 minutes.
  3. Ensure the steam’s temperature is safe by testing it with your hand.
  4. Pour half the water into a heat-safe bowl placed under a sturdy seat or a specialized steaming chair.
  5. Sit comfortably over the bowl, ensuring no steam escapes, and drape yourself in a blanket or towel for warmth.
  6. Steam for few minutes, adjusting your position for comfort.

Precautions:

  • Always consult with a healthcare provider before trying yoni steaming, especially if you are pregnant, have an infection, or other medical conditions.
  • Do not add essential oils as they may irritate sensitive tissues.
  • Avoid steaming during menstruation or if there are open wounds.
